MOPS

Check out our MOPS Ministry!

Calvary Chapel Cheyenne MOPS has been ministering to mothers in the greater Cheyenne, WY area for the last 3 years.  Join us every 2nd and 4th Wednesday from 9:00-11:00am throughout the school year. Visit our blog below to learn about our current activities and programs.

MOPS has amazing guest speakers, intimate mom-to-mom groups, crafts, special events and terrific food!  MOPS is about … Celebrating motherhood, Meeting needs, Making Connections, Experiencing God’s love … through relationships and resources.

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers and is a program designed to nurture mothers with children from infancy through kindergarten.  MOPS International exists to meet the needs of every mom – urban, suburban, and rural moms, stay-at-home  and working moms, teen, single and married moms – who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be!  MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy through kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with very unique needs.  MOPS is designed to help moms form relationships with other moms through established local groups that provide a caring atmosphere for today’s mother of young children.  Time and time again, MOPS moms share that the friends they make in MOPS are significant for this season of their life and on into their future.

While moms are in the meeting together, the children are in our MOPPETS program in classrooms where they are divided by their birth date.  In MOPPETS, the children receive loving care, and depending on age, a craft, a Bible story, time on the playground, movies, songs and more.
