• This pastoral role will provide comprehensive support to the Senior Pastor within the church’s overarching vision and mission. The Associate Pastor will be responsible for overseeing all church ministries, pastoral care, and scheduling and leading the Wednesday Evening Service.
• This is an exempt full-time position working 45-55 hours a week.  
• The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills, a strong foundation in biblical knowledge, and the ability to apply this knowledge to teaching.
• A vibrant and growing faith in Jesus Christ, exemplified by a Christ-like attitude, is essential.
